BUURTBUDGET LIENDERT & RUSTENBURG TIJDELIJK GESTOPT

Tot onze grote spijt is het momenteel niet mogelijk om een aanvraag bij ons te doen. Nieuwe aanvragen kunnen we niet meer in behandeling nemen tot we weer met een compleet team zijn.

Ken jij nog inwoners in de wijk (of misschien jij zelf wel) die het leuk vinden om lid te worden van de buurtbudgetcommissie? Bij voorkeur inwoners die hun tijd wat flexibel kunnen indelen? Ook mensen die niet voor de lange termijn, maar wel tijdelijk kunnen bijspringen, zijn erg welkom.

Op donderdagavond 29 februari organiseren we een (geheel vrijblijvende) informatieavond voor geïnteresseerden. Iedereen die meer wilt weten, is van harte welkom. Ben je nieuwsgierig wat het buurtbudget inhoudt en wat de commissie doet? Tijdens deze avond vertellen we alles over de werkwijze en de diverse taken. Het is fijn als ieder lid kan doen waar hij / zij zich het meest tot aangetrokken voelt en dat we de taken kunnen verdelen. Hierbij gaat het om taken als het beoordelen van aanvragen, bezoeken van activiteiten, beheer van de mail, contact met de aanvragers, controle van bonnen / facturen, website / PR.

De informatieavond is op donderdag 29 februari van 19.30 – 21.00 u in de Groene Stee in Liendert (Wiekslag, tegenover de Jumbo)

Van een straatfeest tot een voetbaltoernooi, een rommelroute, schoonmaakactie, kunst in de wijk, het opknappen van een speelplek of het vullen van plantenbakken. Zoveel mensen, zoveel wensen; er is van alles mogelijk door het buurtbudget.

Buurtbudget Gemeente Amersfoort

De gemeente Amersfoort stelt voor iedere wijk in Amersfoort jaarlijks subsidie beschikbaar om de leefbaarheid in een wijk te vergroten: het zogenaamde buurtbudget.

Sommige wijken zijn gegroepeerd in een stichting. Amersfoort kent acht stichtingen en verenigingen die jaarlijks een buurtbudget bij de gemeente kunnen aanvragen.
De verdeling van de individuele buurtbudgetten wordt gedaan door het BTeam van elke wijk.

De wijken Kruiskamp Koppel, Liendert-Rustenburg en Binnenstad Bewoners Netwerk zijn sinds juni 2012 verenigd in één stichting: Stichting Buurtbudget Midden Amersfoort.
De stichting moeten achteraf verantwoording afleggen aan de gemeente over het bestede geld.

Het buurtbudget is bedoeld voor bewonersinitiatieven die:

  • de leefbaarheid in de buurt vergroten, of
  • bewoners dichter bij elkaar brengen (versterking sociale samenhang)

Hierin passen diverse activiteiten, zoals een ingreep in de openbare ruimte: een bankje, blikvanger, bloembak, fietsrek, kunst of een bijdrage aan het opknappen van speeltoestellen/speelplein. Een straatfeest, voetbaltoernooi of concrete materialen, zoals gereedschap voor een klussendienst, bloembollen, materialen voor (kinder)activiteiten en schoonmaakacties.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.

Registration

The minimum information we need to register you is your name, email address and a password. We will ask you more questions for different services, including sales promotions. Unless we say otherwise, you have to answer all the registration questions. This also allows us to personalise services for you. If you remove the Guardian from your Google settings, we will no longer have access to this information. If you log-in to our sites using a twitter log-in, we receive your avatar (the small picture that appears next to your tweets) and twitter username.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
